My husband and I, along with two of our kids (22 & 18) stayed in room 402 for a couple of nights before a cruise out of Vancouver. The location is great, right near the ski lifts in Whistler Village. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops right at the base of the hotel. This particular unit overlooked the lifts and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the bike riders fly down the mountain (in the summer the lifts are used for mountain biking). The unit itself was nice. Plenty of room in the living area for us to socialize in the evening. The bathrooms are nice and spacious. The bedrooms are a little funky. Not much room other than the beds themselves, no where to put your suitcases, so we had to keep them all opened up in the living room. Also, the room with the trundle bed is super small. The bed is almost wall to wall, so if you have the trundle open, the person in the bed has to step on the trundle to get out of bed. Wasn't a problem for us since it was such a quick stay, but would be an issue if we had been there much longer. Definitely would not have more than 4 people in the room unless most of them are tiny children. 4 adults was a tight fit with the bedrooms. 
The only other issue we had was the noise and the sun. The unit is right above a saloon and right across from a bar and the ski lift. The lifts played loud music from the time they opened until they closed and the bar played loud music until at least midnight. The sun comes up at like 5am, and the window coverings aren't stellar. We always travel with earplugs and eye masks, so we were fine - but if you stay here - make sure to pack them! Overall, perfect location and a great stay.
NOTE: Most of the bad reviews complain about the parking being confusing. The parking instructions could not have been more clear, they send you an email with photos and step by step instructions. This is obviously an issue they have had in the past, but they have definitely rectified the issue.

This was a great unit in a great location . You are close to everything. The unit is very comfortable  and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. We loved the fireplace.

Absolutely loved this space. It was spacious and clean. And the location was superb, right at the center of Whistler Village. It had heated bathroom floors. The only issue we had was actually finding the exact entrance, and there was someone parked in our assigned parking.
