We stayed here over Christmas and New Year’s 2025. It was a last minute trip for us that was booked by a friend that ended up not being able to make the trip, so we weren’t sure what to expect. We were very happy with the accommodations, and even more so with the service. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed to feel at home, the showers had great water pressure, and the ski room was incredibly convenient. 

As for the service, the kitchen and front desk staff were always helpful and kind. The housekeeping staff was really the shining star here… a service which doesn’t usually stand out to me, but at this hotel, they were so above and beyond that I commented on it every day when we got back to our room after an exhausting day of skiing. I didn’t expect daily service, let alone doing the dishes, folding our night clothes… we really felt so taken care of. It was an unexpected lovely touch for a busy mom with too many pets to be able to truly unwind. 

Grocery shops were a short 5 minute walk, as were the ski lifts and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff make this place exceptional

Very nice, well situated, clean and guest friendly hotel. We missed the ski-bus, couldn’t get back to Morgins and the hotel picked us up directly. Super service. Easy to get to the ski-lifts and room for your ski-boots. Nice rooms with good bathroom and shower. We really enjoyed being here.

Perfect comfortable ski-hotel!

Have absolutely loved our time at this hotel. From the moment we booked Jane & her team have been so friendly & helpful giving us advice & letting us know what restaurants to book in the area.
When we arrived this level of attentiveness continued to all the staff working at the hotel.
We stayed in the triple room which was surprisingly large & the beds were extremely comfortable.
The hotel is well situated to get up to the slopes & to the local bars & restaurants.
We booked a massage whilst we were here which was amazing & well needed after days on the slopes!
Highly recommend & cannot wait to return.
