Chrisanthi checked us in when we arrived. She was pleasant and very efficient. We were very pleased that our rooms were ready earlier than expected. We especially liked having a balcony. 
It was helpful to be able to check out but leave our luggage in storage for several hours so we could enjoy Zermatt a bit longer.

The bedding & pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean, quiet & able to sleep the whole night. 
The breakfast choices were many & varied. There were 10 of us (5 couples) some are vegetarian, others meat & cheese eaters. There were many options for everyone.

Simple but clean. Staffs were great and accomodating to guests. Fab location. Breakfast is fair enough. We were assisted by a young lady from Hotel Simi . She's so welcoming. Also a wonderfuly lady named Crista. She made us feel at home away from home. Hope the company will promote them soon. Thanks again for the help during our stay last June 20-22, 2025 - joseph

This hotel was close to the railway station and the Co-op supermarket ( great selection of hot foods, breads, vale’s etc plus usual supermarket stuff at good prices in this very expensive village). We walked with our suitcases. Check in was at next door Hotel Simi, no Problems. Our room was a good size, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, wifi worked well. 
Some people have complained about thin walls. We stayed in off peace so the hotel wasn’t full, but still had a good number of travellers at breakfast, and we didn’t find noise an issue.
It’s the only hotel,in the last 5 weeks we’ve stayed at in Greece, France, Germany and Switzerland to have a bidet! And face washers! However nowhere to make a cup of tea/ coffee in your room.
Housekeeping had finished tidying our room by the time we came back from breakfast, another first!
