Respondemos a este comentario aclarando la situación. Antes de su llegada al hotel la clienta llamó al hotel solicitando un taxi adaptado para silla de ruedas ( con rampa), cuando se lo estabamos gestionando, nos volvió a llamar diciendo que ya lo había contratado ella particularmente.

Antes de su llegada a la estación de tren ( durante el trayecto), el taxi contratado por ella misma le había informado que no podía hacer este servicio. La clienta al verse sin taxi adaptado nos llamó con urgencia para que le gestionaramos el servicio. Desde el Hotel rápidamente le solucionamos la gestión para que fueran a  buscarlos a su llegada a la estación de tren.

Cuando la cliente y el acompañante llegaron a la estación se encontraron que estaban los dos taxis esperando. El que le había llamado anulando la reserva, y el que habíamos gestionado desde el hotel por petición de ella al recibir la anulación.
La clienta decidió quedarse con el taxi que le había anulado, dejando al taxista que habíamos enviado para ella, urgente, sin servicio.

Este taxista había realizado 20km expresamente con urgencia para irlos a buscar y que no tuvieran que esperar, quedándose sin realizar otros trayectos. La no profesionalidad del primer taxi, anulando a la clienta y luego llegando a la estación sin avisar, hizo que el taxi enviado por el hotel no realizara su servicio.

Queremos dejar claro que el Hotel no se lleva ninguna comisión por la gestión de taxis, que se hace de forma altruista y siempre para ayudar al cliente y más cuando se encuentra con una necesidad concreta como la comentada.

La clienta no se comportó moralmente de acuerdo con la situación gestionada. Al inicio de la situación ella no tenia ninguna intención de pagar al taxista, no fue hasta después, que ella sugirió pagar al taxista (gestionado por el hotel). Nunca se le acepto el pago, y se le comementó que su decisión había interrumpido el trabajo de una persona durante más de 1h 30min.

The manager of this hotel essentially cursed out my mom in front of everyone because of a mix up with the taxi booking. My mom was even willing to pay the taxi anyways even though they didn't use it. Completely unacceptable if you are looking for any ounce of customer service.

I was a bit apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the other reviews, but it turned out the criticism I'd read was totally unfounded. 

This is a lovely hotel with fantastic staff. The front desk is always well staffed and they all speak fluent English. 

We had a bad time here because my daughter was ill but the hotel did all they could to help us get through it. They are always eager to help with any queries or problems. 

I'm especially grateful for the help they gave in arranging to get my daughter to hospital. 

The room itself was very nice. It was spacious and well equipped. There was a big bathroom with a bath with a powerful shower over it. There is loads of storage and a window that opens out to lovely mountain views.

Some reviews mention noise from adjacent rooms coming through, and there was a bit of that but it seemed to actually be coming through the bathroom vent so it's easily solved by closing the bathroom door.

The breakfast is pretty good. The hot food is fried eggs and bacon, then there is a selection of breads, fruit, pastries, yogurt, toast, juices and nice coffee.

BE WARNED and do not book this hotel. Look at all the reviews and you will get the general idea of why not to choose this place. Yes the staff are 100% horrid and the hotel is run by people that are made of stone. So un helpful if you have any problem at ALL!!! They will not budge on any request for help you may ask of them!!!!
WIFI!! What WiFi? That doesn’t even exist so if you need to access WiFi for work etc then they DO NOT have it so be warned. We were taken on a wild goose chase to many of the rooms in pursue of any signal and it was not possible to get signal in any  part of the hotel/apart hotel. We were told it’s a blip at the mo but that’s not the case. 
There is the most disgusting odour that is near the bar area, not nice when trying to enjoy a drink (that’s if you can get a seat in the small bar area for such a large hotel). The smell continues into the corridors of the apartments and in the bathroom of the apartment. The apartment is not fully equipped, as described, we had to boil water in a saucepan to be able to make some tea/coffee and there is no way of making toast. 
We paid for an apartment with a balcony and we did not have one. After asking at the front desk they said they didn’t have one and basically it was tough!! We had the description of a balcony on our booking confirmation but they were not interested in what was written at all. The apartment was uncomfortably hot and we were not sleeping due to not being able to open the sky light in the room. We had to leave this hotel if w head any chance of rest and being able to ski. The hotel did not give a damn about us and argued everything we spoke to them about. If you ever need to cancel or re-arrange then be warned they will not budge. There was no way they would compensate us in any way and was happy to kick us out of the door when we asked. We left and booked into the HG Molina which is well worth the extra money and right at the foot of the slopes. 
You may be thinking of booking this place due to its location but believe me that’s all it’s got. Ask yourself why this place may be the only place that has rooms left? Alarm bells should ring!!!
