We booked to stay here for 3 nights at half term. When we arrived, there was nobody to greet us and the telephone number we had for the man who owns it was getting no reply. We therefore asked someone entering the building with cases where he got his key and he pointed us in the direction of a shop across the road. There was a friendly chap in the shop who was not affiliated to the man who owns it but called an associate of his who came to assist. A man arrived who wanted 600 euros from us in cash (!) to complete the booking and refused a card payment. As you can only withdraw a certain amount in cash each day, we had to do this across 3 cards while he stood aggressively with us at the cash machine. Bearing in mind we were travelling with 2 children (13  years and 15 months) this was not pleasant. We had been waiting outside in the cold for well over an hour now so we paid up and went inside. The apartment was as basic as a hostel. There was no travel cot for the baby (although we had emailed ahead and requested one) and when we asked about it, we were told she could sleep on the sofa bed!! We ended up sleeping in bunk beds which we had to make ourselves! In the end, we stayed only 2 nights as it was so uncomfortable. We definitely wouldn't recommend this or return. For the same price, you can stay in a much better place in the same resort.
