Cheaters! Should have zero stars.
The hotel is situated in the protected zone with no cars allowed. No parking on the spot, but space for drop-off and pick-up of the luggage.
They assured that we could go through the protected zone to leave and collect the luggage because we were the hotel's guests.
One year after I received a fine!
The police explained that the hotel must arrange authorizations for its guests to reach there, which they didn’t do for us!
Moreover, they ignored all my attempts to contact them by email and via booking.com (reservation made through them) to help me handle this situation with the police.
They simply do not want to pay authorizations and put their clients in risk to be fined!
I can imagine how many more guests have been cheated...

Cheaters!

Hotel Cristallo was great value. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the hotel was warm and friendly, slightly dated but clean and well looked after. The location was perfect, the cable car being only a 5 minute walk. 
It is situated right on the high street, which meant all the shops were on our doorstep. We will definitely return to both resort and hotel.
