Fantastic all round

Great hotel with very friendly staff, excellent spa, comfortable rooms, and truly exceptional cuisine. Stayed as part of a large group of friends who have visited several times and I can see why. Also very well located for the centre of town and easy access to the ski areas we had a fantastic holiday.

What a fantastic hotel. We had high expectations based on the reviews on Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we stepped in the door. We were meet with a big smile and that did not change throughout the week. From the beautiful surroundings to the rooms through to the food and fantastic staff this is a gem of a hotel. We were served delicious high standard food every night which was plentiful and beautiful presented. My husband was unwell and needed to go to hospital. The hotel arranged a taxi to take us there and made sure we were as comfortable as we possibly could be for the remainder of our stay. A special thank you to Gaia & Delia. They are both so special and definitely make this hotel the fantastic place that it is. We will be back ! See you next year.
