From the moment we arrived to when we left, everything was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious with an extensive choice for both breakfast and dinner as well as a very good wine list. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and happy. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom had both a bath and a separate shower cubicle and it was probably the best hotel shower we’ve ever used. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless all the time. It’s less than a two minute walk (even in ski boots) to two gondola stations and you can ski back to the warm boot room. You can enjoy a drink in the apres ski bar which directly overlooks the ski run back to the hotel which can be entertaining. We highly recommend The Jenewein Gurgl and will stay again another year.

Highly recommend

We recently spent 5 nights at Hotel Jenewein (Feb 2026). We couldn't fault it! A fantastic hotel, close to the main ski lift and with its very own lively apres bar. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the food provided at breakfast and dinner was divine (plenty of choice and the staff couldn't do enough for you!). We were so impressed with how attentive and polite the hotel staff were (particularly in the restaurant). I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
You can buy ski passes from the hotel. The boot room is spacious and has boot warmers which is perfect for drying your equipment. The spa is lovely (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and relaxation beds). We used it every night for an hour or so to relax after busy days on the slopes. We booked this hotel on a whim and we are so glad we stumbled across this gem. A lovely holiday... we will definitely be back!
