We had a fantastic time at hotel peretol. We were a very large group and Laura & her team were extremely accommodating and helpful - they adjusted timings around our travel, gave us useful tips and arranged ski passes for us. The team were extremely professional and polite, and spoke English very well.

The location is also great - you literally walk outside and the bottom of the ski slope is there. There is a short pair of button lifts and runs to get across to the main chairlift, which are a nice warm-up in the morning and much better than having to walk 500m across to it. The skiing area is huge and amazing, with access to multiple different areas with different types and difficulty of runs.

The rooms were nicely decorated - we had a lot of us jammed into them but didn't feel overly cramped, and each had a well equipped bathroom with shower. The downstairs area was lovely to hang out in the evening.

Breakfast & dinner were delicious - a standard continental breakfast with lots of choice, and then an interesting & varied set dinner menu which we pre-ordered from each morning.

I would definitely come back to hotel peretol!

A great hotel in a great resort

Fantastic chalet hotel right next to a button lift taking you up to the main ski area of Soldeu and Pas de la Casa. It is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute taxi ride to Soldeu so a nice quiet location but not ideal if you want to be close to a resort centre but otherwise I couldn’t fault the place. There is a ski hire shop close by with a free bus to take you up the hill so nice and convenient for those hiring equipment. Laura the manager was amazing and provided drinks with the welcome meeting when we arrived early and was very helpful with advising on our best option for lift passes. She also went out of her way to help us when our return flight was moved from Toulouse to Barcelona.

Warm and friendly chalet hotel right next to a button lift

Set in the Grandvalira ski area and next to the Sunset Park, where you can practice freestyle ski and as much snow in front of the hotel. The 11 bedrooms are traditionally decorated chalet style with carpeted floors, heating, flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. The hotel also provides linens, towels and daily cleaning. The property has a fantastic sunny terrace, sports bar and lounge for guests and the public to enjoy. The hotel is located less than 2.5 km Soldeu cable car and 4.7km from the ski lifts of Grau Roig, giving access to more than 200km of linked ski slopes. In addition, the hotel is ideal for excursions on snowshoes and cross-country skiing location as there are fabulous trails that start right at the hotel. In spring, summer and autumn, the hotel is an ideal base for enjoying nature and activities. The hotel also has a bar with a fireplace, a café and a restaurant serving typical mountain dishes. Packed lunches can be requested.
