This hotel is lovely with exceptional staff and great food. They catered for my dairy allergy brilliantly and advised every mealtime what I could have and how the chef could adapt a recipe to accommodate me. 
The hotel is positioned just across the road from the ski lifts and has great facilities. I can’t praise the staff enough for their politeness and hospitality. This is the 3rd time we have stayed and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. 
The only reason I didn’t give a five is that we stayed in a 3 bed room which has a double bed on a mezzanine. The mezzanine did get very hot at night and really needed some air ventilation. We would book separate rooms from my adult son next time. But highly recommended the hotel and will be back!

Our charming, historic, and warm house combines the traditional charm of a family chalet with a touch of modernity, striving to preserve its authenticity while providing contemporary comfort. We regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Despite the room you reserved, we acknowledge that certain improvements are still desirable, particularly regarding the renovation of the hallways, stairs, and bedrooms, as well as practical details such as storage management.

We are also sorry for the delay during the second meal and for the limited availability outside fixed hours. Please know that during the New Year’s Eve celebration, we had the pleasure of welcoming 120 guests, prioritizing families, and that the service was wonderful despite a slight wait, which we sincerely regret.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, extremely helpful and polite - we enjoyed their company very much! The most disappointing part of our stay was the serving of food.  This hotel houses many children including our three children.  We were served the first meal quickly but the second meal was extremely delayed which means lack of organisation by the chef.  The children are tired after skiing all day so these long delays very much impacted on our stay.  No food at all was available outside of very fixed and strict breakfast times and dinner times, this was difficult for us.  The hotel could do with updating  in the hallways, stairs and bedrooms.  We had only one very small bathroom bin available for rubbish, a further two were needed in our room to facilitate our family on a basic level.  Reception, bar area and eating area were very nice!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. A hotel deposit of EUR 300 was taken from my debit card and never refunded, despite clear confirmation that it should have been released.

What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. I submitted all required documents and followed up multiple times, yet no response, no update, no explanation was provided. Being ignored after money has been taken is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

This situation caused unnecessary stress and wasted time, and it gives the impression that customer concerns are simply not taken seriously. I would strongly warn others to be very cautious, especially when it comes to deposits and refunds.
