Rooms all face onto main road - very noisy with cars and rowdy people until 3am

Hotel was lovely but would not stay again. Asked at reception if they could turn the heating off in our room as you physically can’t turn it off in your room. They obliged, however, it came back on the following night, room like a sauna despite having balcony door open.

Did not have an undisturbed sleep on any of our 4 nights due to room too hot and having to open balcony door which made the road noise and rowdy people noise worse, bit of a catch 22. 

Had a great few days skiing but feeling absolutely exhausted, not from skiing, from lack of sleep. What a shame, as lovely appointed hotel.

Great location  for ski lift about a 5 minute walk . There are loads of bars and restaurants nearby within walking distance Warm comfortable rooms great choice for breakfast

Great Location in the center of Soldue

Even before we arrived the communication with Noelia was excellent. We travelled with friends and teenagers and chose this hotel for its location. It is only a couple of minutes away from the gondola where the lockers were so you don't have to carry your ski equipment far at all. It is also very near lots of other restaurants/bars,  shops and right on the main road.  There was a carpark for hotel use directly opposite, though we didn’t personally use it. 
The hotel itself was very clean. We stayed B&B and the continental breakfast were good value.  Between the group we booked the two different rooms. The standard rooms are quite small but not too much to be a massive issue  the larger rooms are a great size, but obviously cost more so it depends how much you want to spend.  
Even though we were only on a short break, every room was cleaned and we had new towels daily.
We didn’t use the spa which is near the breakfast area and although quite small, it looked really clean, and we saw the cleaners in there and in the changing room on a couple of occasions when going to breakfast. 
All the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend a stay in this hotel.

Went on a ski trip with friends, booking of 3 rooms. 
The reservation staff of the hotel was very responsive during the booking, answered some question that we had, and promised to make an effort to allocate us in adjacent rooms.

We arrived and were warmly welcomed, and indeed we were located next to each other in the rooms. When we asked for a late check out for 1 of the rooms, they agreed with no problem and for free.

The hotel is very clean and well maintended, and the daily cleaning of the room is excellent. the spa and dining ears are also very clean and welcoming.
The hotel provides free ski locker just on the main gondola, which is amazing! very comfortable not having to drag you ski gear every day.
The hotel itself is 4 min walk from the main gondola, and is just next door to a supermarket, 2 restaurants, and the main Soldeu pubs.

Breakfast is on "the English side" - meaning eggs, ham, fruits, cereals and pastries. It will be great to have some vegetables as well, but I know this is not very common in Europe. Some of the food was sometimes cold (the pancakes) which is a shame :/

The spa is rather small, but we still enjoyed it for a couple of days, it is worth it after a long days on the slopes.

would highly recommend to stay in this hotel if you are planning a visit to Soldeu!

- Need to pay €10/person/usage of the pool and spa facilities.
- Pool and spa facilities are dirty. Pool was lined with dirty muck.
- Rooms are very small and they have no drying area for ski jacket and pants
- The shower drain was blocked and water was all over the floor.

Overall, value for money is very bad!
