Since we do not have a direct contract with Agoda, there may be issues with bookings made through their platform. However, we are happy that Marcel was able to help you with your booking. To reach our hotel you can also take bus line 121, which is free of charge with the guest card. The bus stopp "Truffersbrunnen" ist just 50 meters from the hotel. If a porter is available, we can also drive you up to the station for CHF 10.00 per ride. However, we would appreciate it to welcome you again in the future.

Stayed here for a night during my Switzerland trip with parents, overall a great  place for the price i had paid. Agoda messed up my booking in terms of the room type but Mercel from the front desk was super kind and helpful and was able to give us room not only in the same building but on the same floor as well. In terms of room, its like a typical swiss chalet, super clean and they have a good breakfast spread. Location is near the train station but the path is a slight downhill from the train station so it might become challenging if you are walking to the hotel till bags or have elderly with you.

Stayed for 2 nights and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is strategically located very close to town and train station, just a shy 10-minute walk from center. Getting there and back to forth to station / town was highly convenient. The staff was friendly, from everyone working at the desk and restaurant throughout the morning and evening. We enjoyed the encounters we had with them. The room was not luxurious but adequate with all the basic necessities. The heating was good considering we visited during the cold winter weather.

Last but not least, the best thing about this hotel was THE VIEW. We booked specifically for the mountain view so my wife and I can enjoy our slow morning enjoying it. I can definitely say that it was worth it. The view from the room was picturesque and we could not ask for a better Grindelwald's experience.

Will definitely be back to Jungfrau Lodge on our next visit (soon)!

Welcome to the Jungfrau Lodge, Swiss Mountain Hotel in beautiful Grindelwald! Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you can relax with us in a cozy, rustic atmosphere. The Jungfrau Lodge, Swiss Mountain Hotel has been family-owned for more than 100 years and is now in the 4th generation. In our two buildings (main building "Jungfrau" & annex "Crystal") we offer a total of 45 cozy single, double / twin and triple rooms with bathroom as well as 10 single or double / twin rooms (some only with skylight) with running water and shared shower / toilet at reasonable prices. In the middle of the beautiful Jungfrau Region you will find great skiing and sledding opportunities, bike trails and countless hiking trails in Grindelwald. Our room prices include the rich breakfast buffet in the main building and free WiFi. Half-board can also be booked in winter season. We also have a limited number of free parking spaces directly at the hotel as well as a washing machine and a dryer for guests (chargeable). Our hotel is centrally located. The train station can be reached in 5 - 7 minutes on foot, the town center in 10 - 12 minutes on foot. A bus stop, which is served by the local and ski bus, can be found approx. 100 meters from the hotel.
