Loved the property, central location, helpful staff and a gorgeously spacious room. I wished I had a longer stay in the city. Especially liked that you could cast from your phone to the TV. 

Lovely stay in Andorra

Andorra La Vella is a busy city and the hotel is right in the middle of the action overlooking the river which is the capital’s central feature.  There are no public areas as such apart from the breakfast room which was excellent and hosted a superb buffet each morning.  Our fifth floor room was clean and classy with a balcony overlooking the city/river.  Furnishings were contemporary.  Reception staff were welcoming.  However, arriving by car can be challenging as you can’t stop outside the hotel and finding the hotel’s private indoor car park was not easy.  Spaces are very tight.  Our two night parking charge was 56 euros.  GIven that there is no railway into the capital and no airport in Andorra - arriving by car is the only real option!  And we were also charged for bottled water in our room which we thought was unacceptable.  Most hotels provide a small  complimentary bottle of mineral water per room occupant.  It seemed petty and should have been included and hidden in the room cost if necessary.  But those issues apart it was an excellent hotel in a great location in a buzzy city with easy access to some stunning mountain scenery.

Excellent hotel but…..

The hotel is located in the very center of Andorra's capital, with all the sights within walking distance. The room is clean and spacious, but unfortunately, there are no slippers, robes, or even a kettle—an odd state of affairs for a 4-star hotel. The receptionist was polite and professional, helping us with directions and calling a taxi. Thank you.
