Splendid 2 night stay at the Panorama. Their rooms are newly renovated with Swiss charm and without a doubt... Swiss clean (spotless). Mattresses were firm and comfy. Sheets were soft. We had a north face room/standard and it was charming and spacious with fine, high quality detailing. You will notice the Swiss motif decoupage like" head board" above the bed. We enquired about it and it turns out the wife's father is quite a well-known artist who creates them. We felt very much appreciated as guests here. The owners, husband and wife were kind, friendly and helpful. I requested a water kettle and was brought one immediately with 2 coffee mugs. Perfect because we enjoy our hot water in the evenings. We had dinner each evening. Super fine , fresh ingredients. Everything was generous, tasty portions. We had chicken salad, shrimp salad, fries and cordon Bleu. The apple strudel was a burst of flavor with each bite. Breakfast which was included was a selection of cheese, 3 types of deli meat, bread, muesli, boiled eggs, croissants, bread, orange juice. Waitress will bring your coffee or tea to you. We ordered milk coffee and each time you get a small pitcher of steaming hot milk. Makes it taste so luxurious especially if you look out the window admiring the beautiful alps.They also offer to pick you up and drop you off from cable car station to hotel and vice versa to help with luggage. We only had a bag each with wheels so we didn't need it. Weather was gorgeous and the walk is only about 5 mins from cable car station Bettmeralp to the hotel.

We are the third generation to run the hotel. The hotel rooms were all newly renovated in autumn 2022 and shine in a new alpine chic style. We have created a real oasis of well-being for you. Come back after skiing, hiking or biking and simply relax in your room.
In the restaurant, you can let our home melt in your mouth. We cook fresh and authentic Swiss food every day! Meat dishes, our delicious rösti, vegetarian delicacies, fine Valais specialities such as raclette and fondue or our unique flambéed kebabs. Or have you already tried our homemade bratwurst?
Enjoy exquisite Valais wines with it.
We recommend booking a table in the restaurant in advance, the restaurant is always busy. We run two dinner shifts 18.00/18.15h or 20.00/20.15h.
