Overall, not a good experience. While staff attempted to be friendly, they didn’t really have a clue what was going on and they take so long to perform simple tasks and requests - The location itself is an issue, there isn’t much around the hotel.

We arrived on Jan 8th, paid €400 deposits per room and left on 11th.. deposits still have not been paid back to any of our group. Borderline illegal. When skiing in Tignes, don’t stay in 1800 and don’t stay in this hotel.

Everything about this trip was bad: the accommodation, the staff, the location. MMV is not good in Tignes.

Staff professionalism and check in process need improvement. We have paid in advance a high parking spot, but they did not reserved it and it took a while until we got a normal place. We got a refund for the price difference, only after requesting it. The check in process is made online, but you actually have to stay in a long line at the reception to get the entrance cards. The app key never worked and you need the cards for the parking area anyway. The staff move extremely slow and need to ask their superiors for every issue. The elevators ar insufficient for such a large building and you need to wait a lot. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we recommend the nice apartments and location
