The Summit Lodge Boutique was a great stay! It was comfortable, clean, and had great service. My wife loved the heated pool and hot tub. Iryna, our room attendant, was the sweetest and very hospitable. Would highly recommend and would return!

The rooms were fabulous and the hotel staff were so helpful… thank you especially to Iryna who helped to make every part of our stay special.  Will definitely come back!

Our first time visiting Whistler/Canada and we couldn’t be more pleased with our choice of Summit Lodge! We booked the 2 Bedroom Suite for our family of 4 and it was so spacious!! Everything was amazing. Location was great and a shuttle bus was very welcome to get us to the lifts and back each day. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! I had a reservation at Summit Lodge Hotel and recently went through an unexpected personal setback. Even though the hotel has a clear cancellation policy—which I completely understood—Liam at the front desk took the time to listen and treated my situation with genuine care.

He was patient, professional, and incredibly kind throughout our conversations. What stood out most was how thoughtfully he communicated and how respectfully he handled a stressful moment for me. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who brings both empathy and fairness to the table so naturally.

While I don’t expect or encourage exceptions to hotel policies, I do want to recognize the outstanding service Liam provided. His compassion and professionalism truly reflect the spirit of Summit Lodge.

The location was convenient because it was close to Dairy Queen, arcteryx  and the Whistler gondola.    Iryna who was our house cleaner was extremely kind and gave our son Henry a duck with a top hat on Christmas.  She always had a smile and kind words for us and we really appreciated it.
