We had a great stay at Aiguille Verte (4 nights). Small self catering apartments in a traditional old building, all renovated. Very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. We were in "Aiguille du Midi" apartment, suitable for 4 people, 1 double room, and our teenage kids in sofa bed in the lounge. Great views from balcony. Fabien was the perfect host. So friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure we were having a good stay. Due to delays at the airport we arrived after 8pm and outside standard opening times of the reception, but it was no issue and sorted by one phone call to pre-warn. Fabien said he would see us in anyway to hand the keys.  
He gave us lots of good tips re-buses, ski lifts, local restaurants etc.
Beds were made when we arrived and towels provided. 
Toiletries very basic so best to bring soap/shower gel etc.
Tablets for dishwasher provided.
Ski room downstairs. 
Hot tub/spa room :  slot has to be booked in advance
A small parking outside with a dedicated space per apartment.
They have a breakfast delivery service (orders for croissants etc taken the day before) / we didn't try it.
A few minutes walk to a ski hire shop and bus stop.
About 5-10 minutes walk to the town centre (a very short portion of the road is very narrow and didn't feel very safe). 
Our Apartment (1st floor) was facing the main road, a little bit noisy at times.

This is a very nice small apartment hotel. We had a very nice stay with comfortable beds, clean apartment and nice sauna and jacuzzi in the spa area. 5-10 minutes walk to the centre with good restaurants and bars - and to the the ski lift buses. Best of all was the very friendly and helpful host - Fabienne, who helped us out with a lot of different things. His service-minded hospitality was great!

We had a super stay at this very nice small hotel, not far from the pedestrian street with all the restaurants and shops. Fresh and clean apartment, very nice spa with jacuzzi and sauna. On top of this the super host Fabien who helped us with everything we needed, always with a big smile. I can strongly recommend it.

A small hotel with a big heart - the perfect place!

Fabiene, the super hero taking care of the hotel, is the definition of hospitality. Kind, helpful and attentive to all our needs.

The hotel is nice, clean and within a 5-10 minute walk of downtown Chamonix. There is also a comfortable sauna and a nice jacuzzi at the hotel.

We will be back.

Comfortable and friendly

The appartement is suitable for four persons, i.e. spacious. Two balconies are nice with the view to the Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Dru. Sauna is a good sauna. Hot tub is ok. 
Tha man taking care of things on behalf of the hotel is really helpful and warm hearted.

Top three place since 1984

Charming family house, framed by the most beautiful mountains in Europe. Just a step from the bus stop leaving for ski resorts. Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails are directly accessible by foot, in 5 minutes of the center of the village of Chamonix, our charming hotel benefits from a location favored in front of mountains. Close to the airport of Geneva, you can join our house in one hour, by car either by transfer or taxi.
