We spend here for the first time (looking forward for the next) winter & sky holiday, and it was amazing. Starting with the warm welcome that makes us fell great, the room, large with an amazing view over the Mauterndorf and the mountain surroundings, the SPA and entertainment area and well equipped and the atmosphere created by Cristina and Lucian, their openness and desire to help, made our staying one of the most beautiful holiday along with family and our friends. Definitely a place to visit again.

I highly apreciated the staff and that they were always available, the local food was great and their facilities: spa, pool, table tenis and an amazing living room with a fireplace.

We spend here 3 nights with 2 kids. Everybody were kind and helpful. Meals were tasteful and in a good variety.  The surrounding is quiet and peaceful. The rooms were cosy and clean. There's a lot of parking place. The restaurants, supermarket and the castle are nearby. We bought a combined ticket to enter the castle, the cable car to Grosseck mountain and travel with the steamtrain to the neighboring village. The only thing what was a bit annoying is the slowness of the free wifi.

We spent a wonderful week during ski holiday full of joy and entertainment.
Our hosts (Cristina & Lucian) were very nice, attentive to our needs and requirements.
I want to highlight: cleanliness, good food, warm living space, spa facilities, undergound disco and a shot of schnapps.
Here you can choose three ski areas: Mauterndorf (4 km by bus), Obertauern (14 km by car) or Fanningberg (8 km).

Great place for winter sports!

this hotel offers extremely nice atmosphere created by visionary and welcoming family. spa, inside pool and other facilities are in excellent and clean conditions. food is very good and for that reason half board is recommended. nice location with easy access to large sky area.
