We arrived to the Montagna di Luce from a long hike and found the most amazing hospitality. Silvia, Giacomo, Matteo and everyone else were truly amazing and went to great lengths to make our stay as good as possible. 

The experience was so great, in fact, that we changed our plans and stayed for another night, enjoying the excellent restaurant, friendly atmosphere and enchanting area around.

The hotel, which is a meticulously restored traditional Walser building and situated in one of the most beautiful fractions of Alagna, oozes history and charm while remaining entirely comfy and functional at the same time. The quality, the location and the great gusto with which it’s run, all make it a certain recommendation from my part! We look forward ourselves to going back, hopefully for a longer stay.
