Everything is good  . Nice clean rooms very very friendly personal workers . Good price , parking garage , WiFi , it’s good compliments 2 the team, the dog was also welcome .ok only one toilet paper roll is not enough for 3 nights for 3 persons so in future maybe you can make in every appartment more toilet paper ;-)))) thxxxx

Modern and new apartment building, enclosed parking under the roof!!!, 5min walk to the skilift. 2-bedroom apartment had no view (all windows against next appartment buildings), but it was cosy anyway. 2-bathrooms, one with a tub! Perfect! As we arrived at midnight, keys were left for us and we did all check-in procedures after the 1st skiing day :)

We were impressed by the helpful nature of the staff at El Floc even before we arrived! We had to change the dates on our booking and they went out of their way to help us, saving us a lot of money in the end. We had a one bedroom apartment (for the 2 of us) and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Heating was fantastic and wifi worked perfectly! The kitchen was HUGE and well equipped with good quality cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. 

We came by bus from Barcelona airport for 4 days of skiing and found that we did not need a car at all. Location is perfect; very close to the chair lift, cable car, bus stop, supermarket, bars etc. They do have a car park and lockers for ski gear available. 

We bought our lift passes through the staff at El Floc as they gave us a really good deal which included a meal on the mountain each day (and was a fair bit cheaper than we found anywhere else). They can also recommend a really reasonably priced ski rental place nearby. Staff were super helpful and cheerful and spoke many languages!! We are already planning our next stay! Thanks so much :)

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed here for a week in a gorgeous modern apartment with radiators in every room and beautiful mountain views! When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very helpful giving us lots of information on the best places to see and visit around the area. For us we were in the perfect spot close to all the snow on the mountains but also close to town with all the shops! We highly recommend and will be definitely returning again!

The perfect place 

We went in August, so I can't comment on how busy it would be in peak season, but the appartments themselves were fitted out to a good quality, and were very clean and well furnished.  We particularly liked having 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen, although small, did have a full-size fridge-freezer, oven, and a small dishwasher, which is not always the case in holiday lets.

The multilingual receptionist was particularly helpful, and gave us lots of useful tips about where to walk.   Thanks to her we had two wonderful days of hiking in spots which we'd never have discovered on our own.
