I stayed here for three nights and the view and location is splendid. The rooms aren't clean, though, and my microwave had actual old food in it.  It could do with some nice touches, as well. Like, the kitchen is ill equipped and you must bring EVRYTHING. Salt, pepper, oil etc.  It would be a fantastic place if they just cleaned and made it a bit more homely for arrival.

A lovely location right on the shore of Lake Garda. There was good access to our rooms either by lift, steps or a combination of slopes and lift. 
The pool is clean, but the water colder than the lake at this time of year. It is possible to swim from a small beach adjacent. It is a short walk to the town. 
It was lovely to look out over the lake in the evenings.
The staff are excellent and very helpful.
