Very beautiful stay for the family, extra kind people. Very caring people, our daughter got sick so they let us use the room the last day until late afternoon with no extra charge, so we did not have to check out early. The place is easily accesible, good parking, great quiet room and stylish furniture. Great place to stady and definitelly coming back again soon :-) THANK YOU :-)

Very kind people and great place to stay !

Pension Luftenegger is a lovely guest house located on the fringes of Mautendorf. The room we stayed in was very comfortable with ensuite shower room and toilet. The views from our room were amazing with snowy mountains and a beautiful castle. The breakfasts were great with a good variety of meats, cheeses, cereals and fruits. Coffee and eggs any way you like them. 

The hosts were very obliging. 

This is not a ski-from-the-door guesthouse but with Mauterndorf ski slopes within 5 minutes and Obertauern only 20 minutes (both by car) one has a great choice of slopes. 

The ski passes were £120 for 4 days, ski hire from Sport Rest was £100 for top of the range equipment. the guys at Sport Rest were very helpful.

It's really good value to eat here as well. We've eaten at local restaurants for less than £20 (€30). 

Luftenegger is excellent value and you won't be disappointed. 

If your looking for a good value ski break, this IS the place to come.
