Large room with mountain view for a good price, outside or inside parking space (not incl. in room rate).
The receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful, and at no point did she mention any spa or gym… I only discovered the gym on one of her security screens when checking out! The restaurant was closed, only breakfast was available, and the waitress was nice. 
Everything works but is a bit outdated. You can hear your neighbours move and yawn in their room very well…
It would be a nice 3*, but it’s not up to 4* expectations.

This is a good hotel, rooms are clean. The food is of very good quality and has a lot of variety. Breakfast is worth definitely 4 stars.
Though, in all fairness, the hotel is outdated, I do not mean worn out. As everything is well maintained. But the restaurant, lobby and bar area have more of an elderly home than a ski hotel. There is no ambiance.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
In all yes a good hotel, but no it is not a 4 star hotel. Price is too high which sets the expectations and those cannot be met unfortunately.

Nice week end in this hotel. The negative part was at the reception. The reception manager, she was invasive during the breakfast. The assistant was arrogant and need to smile. And i had to wait 30 min for some melon.
