Lovely breakfast and reception staff.  Rooms cleaned spotlessly everyday, with daily fresh towels. 
Great breakfast selection, different choices daily. Ski lockers available. 
Loved the slippers and towel robes which were refreshed mid week. 
Bathroom condiments provided.
Helpful reception/catering and cleaning staff, always willing to help. 

Only thing to note is that it is an uphill walk from the slopes with ski gear at the end of the day which was quite tiring!  Happily resolved this by hiring lockers cheaply at 'rent a ski' shop.

Brilliant stay

I was impressed by the service, response to my email was fast. Very clean and friendly staff. Great breakfast and quiet at night because it's quiet far up the hill so you need to be fit to walk up and down. I loved the bath, dressing grown and slippers!

Baths and slippers

We had booked a different hotel but the hotel sold and Crystal rebooked us to here. I was a little hesitant due to a few reviews but we wanted to stick to Pas so went with it. I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. As locations go in Pas it’s pretty good. It’s up the hill, so a little quieter and you can cut through to the piste in about 3 mins walk. The hotel itself is noisy, thin walls, noisy pipes, banging doors, lift etc but nothing a good pair of ear plus won’t sort. Shower so powerful it stripped daughters fake tan! 
Room was clean, modern and comfortable. For the price it was well worth it. Breakfast fairly basic but classical ski hotel. 
For anyone who has been before, it’s just behind Hotel Christina and Hotel Camelot. This is my 3rd time to Pas and probably my last. I’d definitely go back to Sport Hotel Village in Soldeu if I was to come Andorra again but if you’re set on Pas, this is a great choice.

Exceeded expectations

The Caribou Hotel is the ideal hotel for those seeking an authentic ski destination in the high mountains, but with the atmosphere of a cosmopolitan and international destination – this is Pas de la Casa, with shops of all types, department stores, bars and restaurants, nightclubs, entertainment centres and of course, access to one of the best ski resorts in Europe: Grandvalira. The Caribou Hotel, with only 38 rooms, engenders tranquility and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the benefits of its location near the slopes and of Pas de la Casa, but, when rest is required, enjoy all this welcoming little hotel has to offer. Between the installations will be able to find a restaurant, a room of TV and a meeting room. The location of the hotel is ideal because you can practise sports of snow (to as only 200 metres of the tracks of ski of Grandvalira), hiking for his peaks and his lakes, active tourism, routes gastronomiques, etc.
