Chalet Morzine

Morzine

Could not have been looked after better. Lisa (chalet host) looked after us, kept the rooms clean, plates & wine glasses filled, Jay (chef) kept us fed with superb food, Donna & Alex (drivers) ferried us around & went beyond. This is a lovely chalet if a little out of town. Only criticism would be a lack of hanging hooks in the rooms so the kit could dry out easier. Other than that a great stay.

Roxy chalet is superb with great staff running it

What a great team. We were a group of 16. The team looked after us extremely well. Donna was running us around and went the extra mile. The location allowed access to both Morzine and Avoriaz. Rooms and were clean and comfortable. This was our second stay here, we will be returning soon.

Great team!!!

Went to chalet star ski with college for 2 weeks and had an incredible and unforgettable time thanks to George ( Cook) and Sophie (Strelling). The pair made an excellent team, and they gave me so much information on how to make the most of my stay. Because they hosted us for 2 weeks, they became part of our group, to the point where i'd consider them friends and would love to see them again. We were incredibly lucky to have Star ski's bests hosts with us and we hope that their hard work is recognised and significantly rewarded. I cannot praise them enough. George's cooking was incredible and without fault every single night he cooked, and Sophie's hosting skills made us never want to leave. When we had to say good bye we all teared up a little! 
We wish the pair a smashing time for the rest of the season, and that the gnar gets shredded ;)

Sophie and George

We spent New Year’s at Chalet Roxy with exceptional hosts Harry and Charlotte who are both very talented and friendly. Harry served delicious and creative meals, with fantastic attention to detail and beautiful presentation. Charlotte’s organisation made for a stress-free holiday. The chalet was very comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and pool. The media/cinema room wasn’t great as there was no internet connectivity. We weren’t our party’s organiser but hear that the communication with the head office prior to the trip was slow at times. Overall a wonderful holiday and we would certainly recommend chalet Roxy and, even more so, Harry and Charlotte!  

Exceptional hosts

Chalet Roxy is amazing. Everything that we wanted and more.  The staff could not have been more helpful.  Charlotte (host) and Harry (chef) were the sweetest, most attentive, talented young people we have met in a long time.  The food was amazing, the chalet was kept spotless and so many small little touches made Xmas feel really special, including a surprise visit from Santa and his wife!

The other staff working for starski, including the drivers that came and picked us up and took us to the slopes or into Morzine worked effortlessly as well.  A broken x-box was fixed, I suspect by bringing their personal one from home.  Nothing was too much effort.

We will be back!
