Morgins

Really lovely place to stay. Very cozy, staff were so friendly. Especially Imanuel at the bar, so friendly and so nice to everyone! Loved the sauna facilities. Great stay for our Honeymoon! Great access to skiing

Brilliant

Had a few drinks here whilst staying in Morgins.  A lovely, relaxed & cozy atmosphere with a warming fire, soft sofas and lots of cushions.  The kids played chess whilst we watched the snow flakes fall on Morgins & enjoyed our drinks, served by the friendliest bar man around.  I believe he was from Columbia and he made the experience all the more enjoyable!

Chez Jan is the perfect boutique hotel for friends or couples looking for understated luxury, great comfort and unbeatable convenience on the Swiss side of the Portes du Soleil. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere in the lounge, the wood-burning fire, and excellent food and beverage served with genuine care and attention to detail. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The ski hire shop is directly across the road and the ski lift behind this - so all super-convenient.

Chez Jan - a lovely boutique hotel

Stayed at Chez Jan in mid-February for five nights and really enjoyed my time there. Its ideal for skiing as you are right in front of a snow line rental shop and the morgin chairlift. 

The rooms themselves are spacious and well equipped. There is a nespresso machine in the room as well as complimentary water, tea and coffee. 

Downstairs the bar/restaurant area has a lovely atmosphere with a fire and comfy sofas. The food is well-presented and tastes great - the menu is not extensive but every option I tried was clearly crafted with care. Breakfast is very good and has many many components. 

I recommend trying some of the wonderful bartenders drinks. His usual gin and tonic (with cucumber and a special ingredient) is the best ive ever had. He also does a really lovely version with berries and pink gin. 

All staff were lovely, friendly, and so helpful. We has to leave early on our final day and were given a little packed breakfast to take with us. 

Very much recommend this hotel and hope to return!
