Returned to Chilly Powder for a winter ski trip and it was just as good as the summer visit. 
We stayed in a private chalet with the catered service, our chalet host (Emma) and chef (Eliza) were excellent and so friendly.  The Chilly team go out of their way to make stays special, with Nick and Cosmin responding to any request for help. The bar man Rich was also great, ensuring we always had what we wanted.  The premises were clean and tidy, with room servicing each day.  Nothing was too much trouble, the team even sorted a karaoke machine for us when they heard some of the group asking where they could go and do it. 
The standard of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, curry night was a great experience. All dietary requirements were catered for. 
Not my first visit and definitely won’t be my last.

We had the most amazing holiday at chilly powder and would highly recommend. The staff are kind, helpful, and friendly. The facilities are second to none and the most outstanding childcare you could hope for. We travelled with my four year old daughter for her first ski holiday and I felt at ease with the child care set up straight away. A shout out has to go to Ben the ski assistant from Chilly Powder who went above and beyond to help harper when she was struggling. He was so kind to her and made her feel super well looked after. 
All of the staff at the chalet and the nanny’s make the trip feel so special and relaxing for the adults. The food was also incredible, far more than you would normally expect from a chartered chalet. 
We had such a great time and have booked to comeback next year already!

I actually don’t want to write this as I’m afraid it will get too popular. But the team do such a great job, It feels a disservice not to spread the word!

Absolutely fantastic family friendly chalet

This was our second time at Chilly Powder and it was just fantastic! Nick, Cosmin, Paul and the crew totally looked after us and it was like being at a 'home from home'!
My son is 10 years old and he loved playing with the dogs and being able to run around the chalet, meeting other kids and feeling comfortable there.
There are so many activities to do around the area - you can either chill out at Chilly Powder or go and do a huge amount of activities.
The weather was also perfect for us in August. Bright sunshine and not too hot.
I would say that you definitely need a car if you want to go and do things around the area. We hired ours from Geneva airport.
We will definitely be back next year!

Amazing trip yet again at Chilly Powder!

Excellent place for a summer visit to the Alps (and winter to be fair!!) 
We stayed as a group, across a private chalet and the main house. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a service completed each day. The shared spaces including the hot tub were welcoming and well maintained. It’s lovely and quiet at night so you can get a good nights rest. 
Our stay was catered and the food quality and breakfast choice was excellent. Dinners were varied and tasty, with multiple courses and a great wine selection.  One evening, the team hosted a BBQ and we ate outside, which was great. They cater for different dietary requirements. 
As soon as you arrive you are made to feel at ease by the lovely staff, who go over and above to help (they even arranged for a masseuse to attend so I could get a massage!). The staff are kind and friendly, no question is too much. 
The location is quiet but absolutely perfect for going into Avoriaz and Morzine.

Chilly Powder is a hotel but with the personal touches of a chalet. We have been operating ski chalet holidays of excellence since 1995. There are well over a hundred catered chalets in Morzine but only a handful can boast ski to the door locations. With all en-suite bedrooms, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, massage and in-house childcare in our crèche, the chalet is absolutely unique in Morzine for small or large groups or families with children or babies. The truly excellent cuisine, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere of the chalet make it the perfect holiday destination and for our many returning guests it is considered a real home from home.
