Friendly and helpful reception staff. Immaculate communal areas and grounds. Free bikes to use. Heated outdoor and indoor pool. Welcoming and delicious breakfast experience. Perfect base to explore the area by foot, bike, boat or bus. Only downside was our rooms were small but I suspect we were in the cheapest offer and the hotel will have larger rooms available at a cost.

Disappointing visit for a family celebration. The automated lighting system wasn’t working properly and we were woken regularly during the night by the full lights switching on. Very little help from hotel and no apology. Very poor nights sleep. Technology is great - until the staff using it don’t understand how to solve - v poor customer service.

The lights kept turning on in FULL in our room while we tried to sleep. Nightmare

We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary here, and it was perfect.

The evening we spent on the rooftop with live music was fantastic.

A great hotel for couples and lovers❤️ 

The hotel is in a great location for walking or cycling to Bardolino town or catching the bus or ferry to other towns around the lake.

The hotel is clean and quirky with an artistic flair.

The customer service is exceptional nothing is too much trouble. All the staff were friendly and welcoming making it hard to leave.

The facilities are great with three pools, free bike hire, a gym on site and a wellness centre on site and a bistro to eat your evening meal if you choose. 

The massages are to die for I literally floated to heaven 

The rooms are beautiful. With a cute novelty of a pillow menu for you to choose your comfort.

The breakfast has a great selection.

I highly recommend staying at this truly remarkable hotel.
