Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location and the kindness of our breakfast and reception teams, we sincerely apologize that several aspects of your experience did not live up to the five-star standards we strive to maintain.

We have taken note of your comments regarding the room maintenance and dust; please be assured that these details have been shared with our housekeeping and technical managers to ensure our suites remain at an impeccable level of comfort. Furthermore, we regret the lapses in service you experienced with your dining orders. Providing seamless service is our priority, and we clearly missed the mark during your visit.

Regarding the equipment rental on your final day, we would like to offer some clarification. Because the ski shop was not notified in advance that the equipment would not be used for that specific day, the automated billing remained in place. Had the day been removed, the total difference would have amounted to 8 CHF. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly during your check-out process.

In public area hotel clean and fresh but in our suite need to do some renovation. Also there is a lot of dust in room and it is impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. 
Room service oftenly doing mistakes in orders and few times in restaurant also in our order was mistake in kids menu. 
In breakfast all workers kind. 
In reception also workers kind expect last day during check out 8 February in reception was 2 women I asked for they call shop in hotel where we rented equipment for ski because there was mistake and we payed for 1 day more which we don’t use but they never call me back and never modifite the bill than I payed for nothing.

Celebrating a Birthday I wished it to be extra special and this hotel ticked every single box.  Location (200 metres from ski lift), housekeeping (superb) junior suite (amazing) concierge (helpful and the shuttle car invaluable) restaurants (varied and high quality) bar staff (helpful and welcoming) reception staff (warm and friendly) Will be returning 🧡
