Eira Ski Lodge

Baqueira-Beret

This was our 5th visit to Eira and both chalet and ski resort have never failed to disappoint. A comfortable ski lodge in a convenient location from the chair lift and ski hire shop.  Henry and his team looked after us extremely well - delicious meals prepared by Charlie and fun cocktails mixed by Matt ensured that we all had a good time. Henry was very helpful sorting out lift passes, lunch bookings on the mountains, airport transfers, taxis etc. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you Eira!

Great for group ski holiday

Another great week at Chalet Eira with Henry and the rest of the great team looking after us amazingly. As a large group, Chalet Eira provided an excellent venue and the location was perfect to hit the slopes and unwind after. Very close to a lift, lunch and evening food and drinks venues, ski and snowboard equipment hire and also away from the business of Baquira. 

Great place for a fun winter holiday

This was my first ski holiday and I couldn’t of asked for more! The staff are absolutely fantastic and are available to accommodate your every need, Henry the manager is friendly and helpful organising everything we needed including lessons for my daughter.
The chair lift and ski hire is a minutes walk from your room. 
The rooms are excellent very spacious, the shower was powerful and had instant hot water, cleaned and replenished daily. We were on ground level and could occasionally hear noise from people walking up the staircase out side or in the adjoining kitchen area however it to be expected. 
This is a family friendly hotel and the food was amazing thanks to Charlie the chef. 
I would highly recommend the Eira Ski lodge and will definitely return.

Great chalet experience

We stayed for 4 days in late February and had an amazing time. The lodge is perfectly placed just 50 metres from the chair lift and they have a great relationship with the ski hire shop that is only 10 metres from the lift - and those guys went above and beyond to help with our own gear as well as the stuff we hired from them.

On arrival we were shown where to park under the lodge and then never wanted or needed to see the car again. The main thing that stands out in this place though is the team. The manager (Henry) and his front of house staff did everything to make our stay perfect. Lovely food adapted to our dietaries from top chef Charlie and his wonderful baking assistant for the afternoon tea brownies which were amazing!. Breakfast was plentiful with freshly cooked options too. 

Wines and beers were reasonably priced from the short list and tea and coffee available all day. The wifi worked well in the lounge (but less well in our particular room) and there were games and newspapers if you wanted to mix with you fellow guests. This is a lodge and not a hotel so you can choose how much interaction to have with the other residents, but you will be sat with them at dinner. We enjoyed chatting to others and swapping stories, but you can choose how to play it.

We’ll be back in a flash. We loved it.
