very enjoyable stay at Elizabeth Arthotel.

The food is a particular highlight. Both dinner and breakfast were consistently very good, and the service in the restaurant was attentive, professional, and friendly, making meals feel relaxed and well organised.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with the gondola just a short walk away, which is especially convenient for skiing and getting around Ischgl.

Overall service throughout the hotel is smooth, and the atmosphere feels modern and comfortable. One small area for improvement would be clearer communication around sauna etiquette, as it was not always clear to guests how the sauna area is intended to be used. A few additional, more visible reminders could help avoid confusion and make the experience more comfortable for everyone.

Overall, a very good hotel with strong dining, attentive service, and a great location. Recommended.

An outstanding stay at a hotel of exceptionally high standards. From the very first moment, it is clear that this place is managed with great care, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail.

The food is of a very high quality — fresh, diverse, and beautifully prepared. The service is fast, friendly, and welcoming, with a team that truly cares about the guests’ comfort and experience.

One of the most impressive aspects is the constant presence and personal involvement of the hotel owner. She is always on site, making sure everything functions perfectly and that the atmosphere throughout the hotel is pleasant, calm, and enjoyable. This level of dedication is truly felt in every detail.

A special mention goes to Nicolas, a senior manager at the hotel, who is attentive, professional, and always available to take care of anything needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The hotel is maintained to the highest level I have ever seen — everything is new, spotless, well-organized, and fully accessible.

Five star hotel comes with some obvious qualities  that are just not there. Can’t really complain about room size, cleanliness, however:
Breakfast rather poor. No fresh orange juice. No hot fresh bread.  No omelette corner (you can order however). Few veggies slices that have seen better fresher days. 
No afternoon buffet. ANY four star S has afternoon buffet. Nothing here! You can order stuff - but have to pay. I mean afternoon - after  ski small buffet is a standard in Austria!!  

Nice small pool but not enough beds or seats.

Spa area is two dry saunas and one wet sauna. That’s it. And it is NOT FKK - which is a standard in Austria. At a five star hotel? 

These are facts, not opinion. For that price, with title of five stars my expectations were not met.

We have stayed at the Elizabeth for several years now and it feels like home from home. Always a warm welcome from Claudia on reception and Miriam Aloys, the owner, which makes a change from some hotels which are so impersonal. It is ideally situated just across from the main gondola, and Fimba gondola is only a few minutes walk away, which takes you to the Idalp  area.  The hotel is full of wonderful artwork and the floral arrangements and beautiful candles make it very atmospheric. Modern large bedrooms and bathrooms with fabulous rain showers. The restaurant offers a 6 course menu every night and the food is delicious and beautIfully presented. Nikola, Restaurant Manager & Sommelier, is very helpful and knowledgeable.  The staff throughout the hotel are all friendly, efficient and helpful. The ski shop attached to the hotel is very good and the hotel has a ski room with heated rails for the boots and racks  for skis etc.  Infinity  pool on the top floor, sauna,  and the masseuse is excellent. A great place to stay, you won’t be dissatisfied.
