management has no clue. we own a suite so not even a vacation rental and recieved an email 12 hours before the pool (which is why we bought in the first place) would be close for June.  no notice.  it was operational and amazing 24 hours ago.  Answer was whoops we forgot to tell you .  it is a 800 a night condo.  When we complained it was - its just a pool  ,  hopefully new management soon or i can never sell this place.

MANAGEMENT IS INEPT

Never, never book with them, they can cancell your reservation at any momment even though you try to comunicate with them with no answer.
They spoil family vacation with no explanation, surely because they find another potential customer that pays more.

SPOILED FAMILY VACATION

There’s a reason this company isn’t a BBB accredited company. Horrible. Asked for late checkout. They came back with $900, triple the regular price just to stay an extra few hours late. To make this ga worse, our unit in Maui is horrible. Still no offer to have late checkout for less.

Don’t book through Leavetown

We stayed in Aspen Lodge on the third floor and you can hear absolutely that goes on in the room next to you. I could hear every time the people next to us went to the washroom and clearly make out everything line off the TV. The rooms were a decent size but does not make up for your lack of sleep. The bathroom was also pretty dingy and the hot tub had a used band aid floating in it. Avoid the rooms in Aspen Lodge floor 300 on Booking.com

Can Hear Everything!

Good thing the weather was cold at night 3c. We slept really good. It was quiet and pleasant.  Condo was clean. The bed was comfy.  In the winter time they must be very busy with the ski hills right next door. We walked around, went for a ride on the chairlift. Top of the mountain is beautiful. Bring your camera or cell phone. There are many interesting pictures to be taken.
