Bad isolation of the windows, which is screamingly noticable in frosty days. You cannot sleep or sit near the windows, unless you have grown up in such conditions in scandinavia. Low quality cleaning of rooms, with dirty finger prints all over. The dining area would also need cleaning under the sofas. It seems cleaning is verrrry superficial. 
Restaurrant food is rather poor according to the price. No veggies for the main dishes, which makes it rather simple and not up to the standard it tries to reach.

Bad window isolation, dirty.

Location is near the road to Norway, and it's a good place to stop from Stockholm (in summer). Hotel consists of several houses, some quite new. 
Room was nice and spacious. Good shower, good bed. However, it was too warm inside although only 8-12 °C outside. No A/C and could not keep window open (raining).
On check-in nobody asked for our dinner preference, and later when we tried to book it at 6 pm it was full. Since there is no other restaurant nearby, I would have expected table to be reserved for guests, or at least ask it on check-in. 
There is parking and rechargers for electonic cars but price is not written anywhere, and it appeared to be ridiculous 9 SEK per kWh.

Cozy but service could be more  customer-oriented

The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, with trash left in the bin from the previous guests. Otherwise it was an ok room, with some tacky elements in the decor. In addition the included dinner was not living up to the expectations set by the website and price. The timing of the two courses was way of, where they fetched the plates from the first almost before we were done with it, but then the second took super long.
