Firstly it is about one mile from the harbour, but there is a bus service every hour, which is free with the “Guest Pass” app provided by the family owners. It has basement car parking which you won’t get in the centre.
The apartment is a good size, modern, with a well equipped kitchen, great size fridge/freezer, dining table and lounge area. Good size bedroom with plenty hanging. Very nice bathroom and excellent shower. Much appreciated with temperatures in the 90s.
Fantastic balcony, big, with seating and dining table, drying rack, great views and plenty of Sun. Very good Wi-Fi, with really good speeds, unlike the disappointing service in many English hotels.
On arrival and through our stay the cleaning was immaculate.
Air con in the main room and separate unit in the bedroom, which was a real treat at night.
Very good breakfast which we had outside due to the very warm weather in the morning.
Almost finally, it is a family run business. The service, support, advice and information were first class.
Finally, we were only the second set of English guests since they opened six years ago. So for all English visitors to Riva give yourselves a treat and try GardaBreak
PS. It’s about a 20 minute walk up to Cascata Varone. Just about the best €6  you will spend anywhere around Lake Garda.

Very modern and comfortable stay! The breakfast was great and the staff were really friendly. They have a secure bike store. The location is a little further out but well worth it considering how nice this place is - I would 100% recommend, this is the best place we have stayed on our trip so far!

My Plus ⬆️ The ROOM/Apartment has wide spaces and design details - The TERRACE is very cool, with a stunning view on Mountains and Lake ⛰ 🌊 - the BREAKFAST plentiful of fresh&natural&home-made food 🍓🍰☕️🍳🍑 Yummy Yummy!
Last - but not least at all! - the Family Staff, so sweet and kind 😊
