First and foremost, the apartment we stayed in (Climb) was lovely and spacious, bright, and had everything you could possibly need. A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lake-facing balcony, and lots of little touches scattered throughout. Cleanliness levels were outstanding, and everything was well thought out. Carolina and her brother were absolutely incredible- seriously wow, I cannot give enough compliments! They always went above and beyond and had time to talk, make recommendations and ensure you were comfortable. Being able to take bikes whenever we wanted was also a huge plus that we made extremely good use of. All in all, I could write pages of praise for this amazing gem on the shores of Lake Garda and will definitely be returning (hopefully) very soon!

LOVED this place! We had the Paraglide apartment and it is perfect. The view is spectacular, the location is so central, all amenities are very close by. We were only meant to be passing through but extended our stay - we were so lucky they had availability. I will definitely return here and highly recommend Malcesine and the Gardesana Active Apartments if you’re visiting Lake Garda

We offer two types of structures: the "Gardesana Active Apartments" with the privilege of a central location and private parking only 100meters; from here you can easily reach the historic center, restaurants, supermarkets, the port, the cable car, the beaches and the promenade. The "LA DEPENDANCE" at the Kormorano Residence, located 800 meters from the center immersed in the historic olive trees, offers a wonderful view of Lake Garda and Malcesine. Included in the price is the swimming pool (NEW! 100mq.) , the tennis court, the large garden, the playground, the bar, the city-bikes and private parking (customers stay min. 5 nights can use also our private parking in the center of Malcesine). Carolina will be happy to welcome you in the apartments furnished with maximum comfort and elegance. She will always be at your disposal for any information concerning your sporting, cultural and relaxation holiday. Sheets, towels, citybikes (for adults and children), wifi included in the price.
