5mns walk away from the 1st skii station, breakfast was good or in other words served the purpose, the room is for three persons was ok. Garage was provided with no extra charges, considering the price it was ok

We had a bed and breakfast room only.  It was very comfortable and clean room, well appointed, with an amazing breakfast and incredibly friendly landlady, who spoke English very well, and gave us tips when needed. All facilities were readily available e.g heated ski room, underground parking.  Very handy for nursery slopes and well as Campinoi ski lift.  Would definitely stay there again. 
Our only problem was internet access - this was limited/patchy, but actually, made you try to live without social media!

The landlady is very helpful and friendly.  She speaks German, Italian and English very well. The room was clean and comfortable.  The breakfast was good.  The facilities such as the ski room are well appointed with items such as heaters for ski boots.  It is only a couple of minutes to the Nives ski lift and 5-10 minutes to the Ciampinoi ski lift.  There is an excellent and reasonably priced restaurant across the road.

We have stayed in Selva before for a ski week and found this hotel expensive for the facilities offered in comparison with our other apartments. As a family we rented 2 apartments for 4 adults and 2 children under 2 years. The rooms were not well cleaned which is unusual for this area. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances but the utensils were only just adequate.  The apartments were each  intended to be used for 2 extra people (using a sofa bed in the lounge) but the crockery and glassware provided in 2 apartments was not enough for  four adults.  The towels & bathmats were worn and of poor quality.  The duvets were so old that you woke up cold in the night because all the feathers had gathered at each side of you with none on the top.The pictures were mostly jigsaw puzzles or magazine photos.  The hostess was welcoming.  The supermarket was close by.  We had access to underground parking and the ski equipment room.  There was no washing machine available which is essential with 2 babies. It was quite a walk to the main gondola lift. The nursery slopes were at the end of the street.  We took this place because it was the only place available and we left it too late to book. The really good apartments in Selva are booked up a year in advance!
