The company advertise as a free cancellation on the booking and when processing the request as we could no longer make the dates the staff were incredibly unhelpful, hanged up during phone calls for no reason and refused to assist in any way
Was for a special engagement trip which is now ruined 

Bad customer service

We stayed in Amelia 6, one of the 3 flats in the house. Brand new when we visited in February 2017; immaculately decorated and finished to a very high standard. All accommodation was excellent with twin beds in each room and en suite bathrooms with heated floors and great showers. Bit sparse on furniture but not an issue. Downstairs living / dining room was very good. Internal excellent. 

Longish walk into town takes about the same time as the bus but is down a very steep hill going into town, which was covered in ice and not much fun even in normal boots. Walk back is 10 minutes or so and steep uphill. Definitely need to leave ski stuff in a hire locker in town. Fairly close to main lifts out of St Anton. Just far enough away from the centre of town that it's also pretty quiet at night. 

Excellent Chalet

Haus Gertrud is located in a beautiful place. However, the way to the hotel is quite hard to walk even without ski equipment. Luckily you can use bus Number 3 and get off nearby (hotel Kertess).
In this hotel the owner Sabine is very friendly. The best thing is a cat named Gismo who welcomes you every night at the entrance hall. The breakfast is basic standard, except no vegetables. My single room was facing the street. Not too much trafic, but I woke up several times during the night. You could hear everything from other rooms, which was not so nice.

A friendly b & b

I stayed at the Haus Gertrud in early April. First of all, I was very lucky with the weather, which determined a good mood.

Another important part of my good mood was a wonderful House with a homely atmosphere.

Home - a nice couple of these Austrians. In households with children, but they are quite, and their toys create a positive attitude.

Every morning - a typical breakfast of fresh bread, cheese and sausage, eggs and coffee, as well as sweets and fruits. The rest, such as muesli, for an additional fee, but as a rule it was not necessary.

The hotel is located 500 meters from the main gondola lift in a quiet place. The location, which was mentioned earlier, quite difficult to achieve. However, after a few days I got used to and began to see him as pros. For example, you can move out of the main blue route near apre-ski to the road leading to the hotel. Second, the walk was very pleasant every morning.

The rooms are clean and were cleaned every day, there are no comments. From both sides there is wonderful view of the mountains.

Thus, the hotel is great for those who come solely to ski and want to feel the atmosphere of this homes in Austria.

lovely quiet place

We stayed at HG from March 23 to 30 2013.

For an expensive town HG is great value for money with fantastic, accommodating owners. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to a friend. 

The location is a 10 minute walk from the main Gondola and be aware you do need to go up a very very steep hill (coming from town) so I wouldn't recommend storing your gear at HG. That said a taxi is only €8 (€12 at night) for those who can spare it. We were a group of 10 with people usually forking out the c. €2 each after a few beers in après ski! The rest of us enjoyed the walk while most ski rental shops include free storage and that's the route we went. I'm sure there are more expensive places closer to the town but for a group of 30 year olds the hill really isn't that bad, especially on the down hill  in the morning. 

The rooms at HG were always clean and the temperature was very warm as per any good ski accommodation. 

Breakfast was the usual selection of breads, meats, fruit, t/c, water, orange juice and the perfect boiled egg. Nothing extravagant but everything you need to set you off on a days skiing.

I have to mention the booking process too. The owners were very quick to respond to out mails and were very helpful with advise on the area.
