Chose this hotel as a good location on our road trip and have tried to stay in IHG hotels. But this one has really put us off the brand which is a shame as all the others have been excellent!

Hotel is looking very tatty needs a refresher carpets dirty and fraying bedrooms very small compared to the others we stayed in only room for one case. The cupboard space you would expect to put clothes in actually contains fridge and microwave which is useless!!

Breakfast extremely poor. Extremely limited choice compared to the other Expresses we stayed in on top of that some things not working eg pancake machine juice etc. The guy working the breakfast area wasn’t filling up things as they emptied which made the lack of choice even worse! He just didn’t seem to care even when asked if he could replenish items.

Disappointing gives IHG a bad name

Very nice for a Holiday Inn and looked  like a really new hotel.  When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk had excellent recommendations about where to eat in town.  Easy to locate and close to the highway.  Adequate breakfast.  You can save $ by staying in this area versus the other extremely popular touristy locations and it’s not that far of a drive. It helped our itinerary a lot since we were doing the Skybridge activity.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff.  Very good buffet breakfast.  Unfortunately , the probably original carpet is worn, dirty, and tattered.  LVP would be an improvement and an excellent upgrade.  The towels were dingy and frayed.  Need to toss them.  The dust ruffles on the beds are old and ill-fitting.  Toss them too.  Daily cleaning of the rooms was inconsistent and sloppy.

A great hotel in the tradition of Holiday Inn Express. We loved our week here in the corner suite. Wonderful service…they offered us several extra interactions which were all positive. This is a great center to visit the six National Parks.

We enjoyed our stay at The Holiday Inn, location was perfect for a stop on our drive in early May.  Multiple fast food restaurants within walking distance, comfortable room, friendly staff.
Only downside was our room was lacking bath towels (3 towels for 4 people) and our TV was damaged but watchable.  We were able to quickly get an extra towel from the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable, no issues with noise. 
Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, everything was hot and quickly replenished.
We would stay again if we were in the area.
