It’s was a nice experience: 
Extremely pleasant, helpful, friendly, supportive team at the reception. All my requests were properly handled, and I have never heard answer “no”. Very client oriented approach. We even have got the room early (about 11 am), that was extremely appreciated. 
Very clean, warm, with parking available. Very close to Suvretta ski lift.

This is the fifth year in a row we are coming here as a friends group for autumn hikes, spa relaxation and great food and wine :) I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff members from reception Davide, Lorena and Sergio are extremely welcoming and friendly :) The hotel is located in a beautiful area overseeing the forest and lakes and the view from the spa is breathtaking!  5/5!

St. Moritz in autumn is simply magnificent.
The landscape is a breathtaking symphony of color — golden trees reflected in crystal-clear turquoise lakes, all framed by the whie, snow-capped mountain peaks, and a deep blue sky.

The hotel is located in the renowned Suvretta area, just a few minutes from the town center, with a shuttle service available upon request. It features a small but excellent wellness area complete with a sauna, steam bath, and both indoor and outdoor whirlpools.

The on-site restaurants serve hearty, well-crafted dishes accompanied by a smakk but carefully curated selection of wines. The rooms are spotless and leave nothing to be desired, while the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The value for money is, quite frankly, outstanding.

Overall, our stay was short but wonderfully revitalizing — and we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful autumn stay in St. Moritz: stunning scenery, great food, cozy rooms, excellent wellness, and warm, attentive service.

Situated high above St. Moritz on the famous Suvretta hillside, the Berghotel Randolins can be found right at the ski slopes and hiking trails. It features a wellness area with panoramic views. The outdoor hot tub offers superb views of the Piz Corvatsch mountain. There is also a Finnish sauna, a Bio sauna, relaxing rooms and a steam bath. Massages are available on request. All guest rooms in the Berghotel Randolins are comfortably furnished and some of them boast a balcony with superb views over the mountains and the lakes. The kitchen team will spoil you with tasty regional specialties. Buffet breakfast is included every morning. Upon prior reservation, a free pick-up service is available from St. Moritz Train Station. For stays of 2 nights or more, in summer the use of all regional buses and cable cars are included in the price and in winter, you will receive your skipass with the two offers “Snow Deal” or “Sleep + Ski” from just CHF 45 per person and day.
