Ridiculously poor work on the behalf of receptionist. When a problem occurred she acted as if doing us a massive favor by actually doing her job. This was the first time I have seen anyone act so horrible towards a guest. And believe me when I say it wasn’t just bad, it was flat out rude.

Terrible parking system.

On the side note, food was delicious and servers very nice and helpful. Big thank You to the cleaning crew as well. Great location and good utilities.

Very rude receptionist

We stayed here during the Hahnenkamm Week (in Kitzbühel). Our room was huge and very nice furnished.  The breakfast was extensive and very good. We were also satisfied with the service. Would gladly stay here again.

A good traditional hotel

We recently (Dec. 27th-Jan.2nd) had a fabulous experience at the Adler, and could not recommend it more highly - especially if you are looking for an authentic Austrian experience.  We are a large family (7 in all) with kids that are all young adults and teens (17-23)-and a lot of opinions from this well-traveled group and had three rooms.  From the minute we checked in, it was obvious that this is a special, family run, hotel with a lot of repeat customers.  As probably the only Americans staying there at the time, we loved the very Euro-centric feel of the place.  Having gone with the"half-board" option, we did get to know the wait staff and bartender and enjoyed every minute of interaction with them.  The breakfast was fantastic every morning, and we thoroughly enjoyed dinner each night-and sitting at the same table as a family was special and not so easy to figure out at home.  All the food was outstanding and even though we only have one vegetarian, that option was selected by multiple people at each dinner because it was always interesting and delicious.  We were lucky enough to be there for New Year's Eve, and enjoyed the "family" party and fireworks immensely and it's a short walk to the Kirchberg bars that some of our younger crew wanted to celebrate at.  Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool after skiing each day as well.  We will return!!

Wonderful family vacation

This was our first visit to the region for skiing and we loved it. The hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. Food is great..did I say great/ ? yes it is is great and that is both breakfast and dinner. Bus stop is in front of the Inn and you can ski out if you don't miss the turn. We are trying to book again for 2020 and not surprising ...our dates are sold out. We may have to change our dates.  The charm of an older Austrian Inn comes with the lack of sound insulation...so that was acceptable for us to hear the kids running in the hallway at 6 am. Maybe someday I will get grandchildren if I am lucky enough. 

Charming ...and yes Charming

Outdated hotel which is incredibly worn and no charm. A not very welcoming staff and everyone there should take a smile course.
We booked a room with balcony, garden / mountain view, minibar and deposit box and didn't get any of it. When I went down to ask for this I was told that booking had written wrong information and that they would ask booking to change immediately, 9 days later nothing has happened. The room should also be soundproff, this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. If you are going to have any choices for breakfast you should be there early when it is empty it is empty. Totally tragic hotel, This is a absolute max 3 star hotel. Never say yes to room 302.
