Just returned from New Year week at this hotel as a group of 4 families. We had a fabulous time. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Slavche the staff couldn’t do enough. He was really friendly and helpful and carried some really heavy cases for us!
We ate in the restaurant one night and the food and service was really good. We had 6 different tabs running and the waitress coped brilliantly.
The only issue we had was the hot water which wasn’t consistent and sometimes meant one of us had a cold/lukewarm shower.
The hotel itself is a bit dated but it’s warm, comfortable and the location is amazing.

5 night stay towards end of season.
Nice clean hotel and room  with unique local atmosphere. 
Warm welcome from Slavche (ski hire) who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cleaner was also helpful when needed.
Breakfast Buffet was ok with good choice and we enjoyed the lunch time snacks.
Great location for both ski lifts and  Gondola only a short walk away.
Would recommend if you are looking for a good clean no frills athentic hotel with a certain charm in a great location.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Very cozy, and the staff ‘s attitude is on another level . Not every hotel will have a receptionist who will sew up a jacket you have torn while skiing and always greet you with a smile. We liked everything: the location of the hotel, the attitude of the staff, the food, the room. We would like to thank bellboy Slavche for his vigilance, ski depot employee Borislav, who kept all ski equipment in perfect condition, receptionists Cvety and Iliyana for their responsiveness and friendliness, restaurant manager Sonya for her smile and good mood. You all made our vacation. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.

Perfect vacation

We have just had a wonderful stay in the Alpin chalets (No.2 and No.6.
Everyone here was so friendly, our cases were taken on arrival, the chalet was clean and had everything we needed, bins emptied every day. Heated floor in the bathroom.
Breakfast was an unlimited choice of traditional full English and continental plus French toast and pancakes. It was delicious. The hotel bar had a great atmosphere and the guy playing the guitar and signing was fantastic. 
You can hire all of your ski equipment from Alpin and it is all within a stones throw from the slopes etc. Our family group was from age 18 months to 74 years old and Alpin hotel/chalets catered for us all.
The nicest, friendliest people you will ever meet, can’t wait to go back.
