Hotel Alpina Sölden - Adults Only

Sölden

Fantastic location right in the centre of town. Close to the main gondola and plenty of ski hire next to it. The hotel has a wonderful calm, friendly atmosphere and smelt amazing! The hotel staff couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. House keeping was fantastic providing us fresh towels and robes daily. The gym is practically untouched. Some amazing gear in there! The spa we absolutely got our moneys worth. A lovely little touch providing flavoured water, fresh fruit and a selection of nuts. This absolutely is a 5 star rating but it would have been even better if the rooms had a fridge, basic tea, coffee and water station. We booked a double room but got given two single beds pushed together with two quilts. One of the beds were super comfy, the other was not. That’s the only constructive advice I could give. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Solden and absolutely would stay here again

A wonderful hotel

A great hotel in a great location.
The booking and communication between the hotel and myself  was very good  and the hotel app was very informative and helpful .
Check in and check out was prompt.
The bar and restaurant was a beautiful setting and a great choice offered. 
The ski facilities in the basement and shuttle service were a great feature.

Great experience

This hotel was amazing. The amenities it has are even more than listed on the website. They have storage lockers for your ski/board equipment, huge spa with multiple saunas/rooms (they give you slippers and robes), rooms with amazing views. You can also get to this hotel when your day is done after skiing. It’s not a ski in and out it’s only an out which is still a great feature! It has a shuttle although didn’t use it, everything is really walking distance. Parking is very limited and very tight spaces, they have a covered and uncovered parking area, as well as a garage with only 5-6 spaces and it’s a very tight fit through the garage door. The restaurant and breakfast food were delicious and highly recommend. The staff and cleaning were superior, the place was never dirty and if it was near the ski storage it was cleaned up quickly. I’m not sure what each room features but ours had heated floors in the bathroom which was an added plus. The only down side for me was being right next to the church, the bells go off at 0600 and then the hours after that, it can get pretty loud depending what room your in. In all, I would highly recommend if your looking for a nice peaceful stay with no kids, good food, clean, and amazing views and amenities!
