I would not call this a hotel. It is an afterski bar with rooms. At 4 pm the DJ starts the music and the entire building starts to shake. You can forget about taking a nap before dinner or listen to the music you like. The DJ continues until 7-7:30 pm. Unfortunately we had half board which meant that we had to eat already at 6:30 pm.  You can barely speak to your friends in the restaurant. If the weather is bad the disco moves inside the bar and all conversation is dead. There is no lounge area at the hotel so we had to go to other places before and after dinner. The food was not very good but the pizza was ok. One week of dance remix torture is now over and I strongly recommend travelers not to stay at this hotel.

One week of afterski nightmare

Awful. Do not stay here!

I had a significantly delayed train and it looked like I would be stranded in Oulx, as I would have been unable to make a connecting train to Turin, so made a last-minute booking with this hotel. 

Luckily, the train operator scheduled a later train, so I was able to get to Turin after all, and therefore, requested a refund from Assietta (within an hour of the booking). I have contacted them three times, without a response, which is simply unacceptable.

Again, I’d advise anyone not to make a booking here.
