We love the Bristol for family ski trips, but this year they went above and beyond. Our Alpybus airport pickup failed to get us on Jan 4th and the amazing hotel manager, Marie, personally drove us to Zurich in an emergency situation. We love the Bristol and Gerard and his team go above and beyond to make guests happy. Great views, awesome breakfast and overall our favorite place to stay in Verbier. We will be back!! This is our second trip with 8 people and everyone loves the Bristol. The location is great, it is clean and well serviced. Rooms have plenty of space and good amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful!

We love the Bristol!

Fantastic hotel in the Centre of Verbier.  The team are all lovely and super helpful. Always on hand to assist. The hotel has comfortable rooms with good beds and coffee machine. Our suite had a lovely balcony with a view of the mountains. The breakfasts are really good and there is a great steak restaurant in the building which is open certain evenings.  The Bristol is excellent value for money in Verbier

We had a spacious room with a sofa on the top floor with a covered balcony. And a splendid view! Excellent beds, plenty of cupboard space, large and good towels, excellent shower. Unfortunately some mold in the seams of the shower cabin.
Less attractive entrance, reception on the 2nd floor can be reached via elevator. Downstairs at the lift, ideally located ski room with locker, ski boots are very well heated. 
Some noise from outside at the front sometimes in the evening/night. 
Taratata, at the bottom of the building, is recommended as a restaurant.

Very centrally located hotel with very friendly and service-oriented staff!

The positive:
- Great location: in the center, near restaurants, an Apotheke, cable car, supermarkets
- Fantastic view (it is worth to have a balcony)
- Friendly staff, including the receptionist's dog, Stella :)

The less positive:
- They did not offer dinner (but there are plenty of options around)
- Basic breakfast (but not unusual in the mountains)

The Hotel Bristol is located in the heart of Verbier next to the place Centrale. Renovated in 2015, our hotel offers 32 Rooms with private bathroom, high quality bedding concept, minibar, free Tea & Coffee Facilities and TV. You will appreciate the friendly staff and the cosy athmosphere. Every Morning, a full american breakfast buffet is served in a Veranda with view on the mountain.
