This is hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Service was second to none. On arrival we received a welcome drink in the stand and were told my daughter had been  given a free upgrade to a larger room, a lovely surprise for her. The staff here are attentive but not intrusive, and more than happy to advise on  and answer questions about  the local area. We stayed half board. Great choice for breakfast and the evening meal menu had three choices each day which changed daily. We didn't have young children with us but there were three rooms downstairs with gorgeous toys and play areas,plus a pool table. 
The spa was superb with residents having free access. Great gym area and small sports hall. 25 metre pool a bonus, with a smaller pool for children or to relax by. Large relaxation lounge with amazing views. Good choices of saunas - the Finnish sauna was the highlight!  
Loads to do locally even if you don't ski with fantastic winter walking trails, sledging and ski lifts with more walking higher up. 
We honestly couldn't rate this place any higher, will definitely be back.

Can only concur with everyone else’s comments. Just spent a wonderful week at the Wiesenhof  hotel with my wife. All the staff, family or employees are outstanding and attentive. The hotel facilities are on another level, from the 25m swimming pool ( which I had to myself one afternoon) to the saunas and rooms. We agonised over the decision to choose this hotel because of its size but it doesn’t seem big and was not over crowded at all. Will we go back? Without a doubt!!

We were looking for a magical winter wonderland for a Christmas stay and we got it! The Wiesenhof experience was so lovely, from fabulous friendly service, to amazing meals, to great amenities and the Christmas Eve celebration dinner was beyond wonderful. The whole area is also lovely - we are no skiers but we had plenty of available hiking trails (even in the snow) and we even tobogganed.  Half-way through our stay we were already planning our return!
