Not a very good hotel. It's not really ski in ski out, as other reviews mention. They say there is a shuttle service, but this was much more limited than they advertised, and was in fact a car that you have to book (which no one told us at the hotel). The car was also very unreliable and would often not show up. This leaves you basically stranded if you need to get to the ski rental store, which is a 25 minute walk away down an icy road. 
Rooms would be OK, but we had a bad smell in the bathroom and the radiator didn't work. 
The worst part overall was the staff though, as they seemed uncaring and indifferent. If they had offered to help us with any of this it would have been fine, but instead it felt like we had to fight them for anything.

Book somewhere else

Came over with Crystal holidays, we loved the hotel, food very good, staff were incredible, very helpful. Rooms spacious, but as stated by others the showers are quite small. The slidind shutter on the window was brilliant, completely blocked oit the light. Beds comfortable. Ski in and out, as long as there is snow. Lighting in rooms could be better. Didnt use spa, as were told no one under 16, this rule was not implemented so wish we had taken swimming costumes. There was a happy hour 2 for 1 drinks at 4.30 to 5.30. All in all we would definately return if we ever go back toPasso Tonale.
