Hotel Dr Otto Murr B&B

St Anton

The hotel is clean, tiday, well equipped and superbly located. It sits 200m from the Nasserein lift and 150m from the no 2 and no 4 buses that drop you off at Terminal West after a 5 min ride. Centre of town and the nearest supermarket are a 10 minute walk away.
The hotel has 4 room grades that are worth exploring but in truth even the smallest is a super double room + en suite with ample storage and comes with a desk and chairs if you need to do a bit of work while away. 
The spa consists of a pool, sauna and steam room but be prepared to embrace the local traditions of naked participation.  The hotel provide bathrobes and slippers to navigate the route down from your room but once in you need to strip down to your towel to enjoy the facilities.
Breakfasts are excellent with a delightful combination of cereals, fruits salads and yoghurt, meats and cheese, cooked eggs and bacon and bottomless coffee.
St Anton hosts 5 of the world's most renowned Apres venues and thankfully the supermarket remains open until 19.30 for you to grab your supper on the way home or to head for a pizza.
Worth noting all resort buses are free until 19.00 where they become nightbuses and charge a euro a ride in cash. This can be awkward if you are half cut, cold, wet and only have your phone to pay.
St Anton am Alburg  remains an amazing and vast resort complex, it's apres is legendary and the Dr Otto Murr hotel is a very fine place to stay. We will be coming back

Dr Otto Murr Hotel: A great choice for accommodation and breakfast if heading to St Anton

Why can’t I give 10 stars?? Had an amazing trip to St Anton and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and staff. Very close to Nasserein lift with easy access to all you need. But the bed was comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Alexandra (I hope I remembered her name right) was amazing. After I injured myself skiing, she sent up extra pillows for me. Cost was fine, about what I’d expect it to be. Great environment which had mixes of couples families and friends to share breakfast, coffee and drinks after.  If considering a trip to St Anton, do yourself a favor and book here!!

A good find

It was great experience. Location is 300 meters from ski resort. Hospitality was perfect. The hotel is after reconstruction, clean, beautiful, SPA is good.
