This is a quaint little beautiful hotel. Very accommodating and friendly. We had a wedding here and it was terrific. Food is great.  A couple of things there is no elevator so for older folks pack light. No air conditioning.  But even with this it's a great place.

Lovely stay with family. The food is amazing here and could not fault it, top quality. Friendly staff. The lake is beautiful, and lot's of activities going on around the site and nearby. Free bus service into Morzine. 
If you want to kayak or paddle board you need to pre book.

LOVED our stay at Hotel Du Lac! Beautiful location on Montriond Lake within easy reach of both Morzine town and Avoriaz via the shuttle bus which stops right outside. 
The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and the food was delicious! 
They also offer treatment packages, if you need a massage after a hard day on the slopes. Lots on offer!
As well as the obvious access to mountain activities, there are also plenty of beautiful walks direct from the hotel, with rivers, lakes, waterfalls, woodland and even some old slate mines!  In April everything was just 'springing' to life and there was lots of flora and fauna to see. (Black Woodpecker was a personal highlight!)
