We stayed in a room on the creek side of the hotel - if the windows were open I imagine the sound of the creek would be relaxing. The food was tasty and the staff are friendly. The location is great for access to the cross country trails, town centre, and ski lift. The beds in our room unfortunately were too firm, probably the hardest I have experienced in a hotel. There was at times a lot of noise at night from the neighbouring room. It sounded like people were dragging furniture around! So overall the stay was OK and the price was reasonable too, but I'm not sure I would go back.

Spent a lovely week in this small family hotel. Very warm and welcoming, old fashioned sweet country design with a breathtaking view outside. Under our window there was a stream that goes through the village, it was magic going to bed and waking up to that sound. 
The location was great for most of the popular places to travel at Salzburg area. We got a discount card by the hotel for pools and other activities, the kids enjoyed those a lot.

This hotel is exactly what it claims to be: A solid, welldriven, genuine, no nonsense 3 star hotel.  The location is perfect for skiing - 5 minutes walking distance to the lift . Idyllic situated close to the river. Super newly renovated rooms with good WiFi. Ski depot next to the reception. Nice restaurant with typical Austrian food. Very friendly, professional and helpfull staff . If you want extraordinary luxury and extravaganza - stay somewhere else. If you want authentic Austrian lifestyle and value for money this is the place to go.
