We stayed at mid February, we finished the visit with mixed feelings:

The good: 
1. the location is amazing
2. breakfast is great

The bad:
The service we got was not friendly, strict and pleasant in a way that felt faked to us.

1. The host required a deposit, sent an instructions document that specified how to make a money transfer which is free of fees. After the transfer was made they deducted 33 euros from it and we're not willing to make any refund or curtsy towards us in this manner.

2. My friend got sick and asked for a cup of tea from the machine next to the entrance. The owner refused and said tea is only allowed at breakfast.

3. There were no shampoo, soap, kettle in the room.

4. After checking out, I did a couple of hours of skiing so I asked to use the public shower downstairs and was refused by the owner again.

Great location, nothing more

We booked a room for two which was a small room for 85 euros per night. This is quite expensive for the size of the room (read other reviews). Another disadvantage was the sauna closure on Friday and Saturday because you expect this one to be open during the weekends. The host was very friendly and the rest of the hotel is clean. The hotel is located almost next to the slopes and the breakfast was very good. The price: quality ratio can be improved, however, I will still recommend this hotel!

Went there for the first time with friends. Good breakfast, nicely decorated and modern rooms and a nice sauna basement. Top-tip: single room number 1 is very quit! Just about 60 meters away you can acces the rolling stairs directly to ski rental and Pardatschgrat lift.
